Nyachae and Ashiiva Advocates: Office Refurbishment.

Zenith Interiors Limited has had the pleasure of having been contracted to renovate and totally upgrade Nyachae and Ashitiva advocacy firm, a top –notch law firm based at Mercantile House, Nairobi.

Main jobs involved demolition of the previous existing wooden offices and replacing them with the modern aluminum/sandblasted glass for offices while double panel MDF with Styrofoam made the soundproofing for the boardroom a possible undertaking.

 Reception Area

The previously dull reception was replaced in a cascade of gypsum ceiling and wall painted in blue and white.

The first day involved demolition of the whole wooden structure.

A complimenting gypsum ceiling structure was installed at the reception with directional white down lights put in place.

We then erected a gypsum drywall combining a full-height wall and a 5ft dwarf-wall to form the passage
Boardroom
Previously made of block-boards, gypsum & steel, the old boardroom come down to pave way for a modern boardroom complete with company’s corporate colours (blue, gold & white) painted on the ceiling and the dry wall.

We constructed MDF/channels /stand walls clad, painted with wall master 4ft from  top, one inch strip of gold,1ft strip of stone-finish and white to complement the ceiling

The ceiling sat dominantly on the MDF drywall reflecting the divergence of ideas.

With 3 bulkettes dropping 350 mm from the slab, the gypsum ceiling was painted in white & blue in the middle with the results amazing to look at.

Aesthetically and functionally distributed down lights around the room & strip light on top of the lower bulkettes complimented the whole design concept.

The rest of the offices were replaced with white aluminum and sandblasted glass to create excellent working spaces for staff.

Sliding doors was the perfect option and a proper change from the wooden swing doors.

With swing doors being a preference for the hallway inlets.
For effective and efficient aeration, acoustic tiles were laid to form the ceiling in most of the junior offices.

Old cables were replaced with
state of art networking system installed in each of the 10 offices created.
